Our duplex one-bedroom apartment is in a new high-class residential development on the edge of the well-known city area called Royal Vineyards. Although it provides a superb accommodation for a couple, it can comfortably sleep up to four people. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a well-equipped lounge/dining room (TV, music centre, extendable sofa, dining area) with an adjacent kitchen, a good-size double bedroom and a bathroom/toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a complete range of white goods, including a dishwasher. The bedroom has a king-size double bed, a double wardrobe, a range of built-in cupboards and a futon.

In the bathroom there is bath with shower, an automatic washing machine and a hair dryer for visitors' use. There are two balconies, one is accessed from the lounge, the other from the bedroom.
