Please note that the start and end of your stay can be tailor-made to suit your requirements.
There will be a 10 % discount should you wish to extend your stay for over weeks.
There is a refundable £100 damage deposit, which should be sent as early as possible to secure your booking. Please make the £100 deposit cheque separately from that for the flat hire. The cheque for the flat hire should be received 30 days before the start of your holiday. Both the refundable deposit cheque and the payment cheque should be made out to Mr and Mrs Newman, unless otherwise stated.
The price includes a starter pack, consisting of bread, milk, butter/margarine and a bottle of wine. We always supply sugar, tea and coffee.
The price includes the hire of bed-linen and towels.
The price does not include the cost of the final cleaning (£20) payable on arrival in Czech crowns to the pick-up driver or to the care-taker person, should you decide to make your own way to the apartment. This arrangement is necessary to ensure that the flat is always spotlessly clean for our visitors. Please note that it is payable irrespective of the length of stay.
The price does not include the cost of meet-and-greet service. This is payable directly in Czech crowns to the taxi driver.
